Led by Rosina Budhani, a certified intercultural trainer, CultureIQ delivers human-centred, practical training grounded in real-world experience. The sessions are engaging, reflective and immediately useful — helping teams work more smoothly together and individuals communicate with greater awareness.

Born and raised in the UK by her East African Indian father, and having lived in Germany for 12 years, Rosina brings a naturally international perspective to her work. Over the past 20 years she has worked across communications in the not-for-profit, lifestyle, fashion and hospitality sectors, holding roles at organisations including Comic Relief, Save the Children, Cancer Research UK, Vivobarefoot and Design Hotels.

Rosina brings this lived experience into her training, using relatable examples and real-world situations to help people better understand how culture shapes the way we communicate, collaborate and connect.
